The software ("Androsa FileProtector©") is work covered by copyright of the author.
The distribution of the software is to intend bind to the distribution of the package of installation furnished by AndrosaSoft© and is not permitted at anybody to change the package of installation components and/or the software.
The software is exclusively distributed for the end user in agreement with the terms and the conditions of the License agreement. Any reproduction or distribution of the software that is not conforming with the License agreement is expressly forbidden by the law in vigor and that can behave serious civil sanctions and penalties. The transgressors will be pursued in the maximum measure allowed by the law in vigor.
The end user is cleared to use the software (what Package of installation and software) to condition that:
(1) The communication of copyright of the author is present in all the copies and that is accompanied by the present License.
(2) The changes are not allowed to some part of the software.
Is besides expressly forbidden any form of debug and/or reverse engineering and/or decompilation of the software and his relative components.
The use for any other purpose is expressly forbidden by the law in vigor and that the transgressors can behave serious civil sanctions and penalties. The transgressors will be pursued in the maximum measure allowed by the law vigor.
The author is not taken on any responsibility respect to any form of use and/or damages caused from the use of "Androsa FileProtector©" and/or loss of data.
The end user is taken on full liability to use the software following the laws in vigor in his country.
THE COPY OF THE SOFTWARE THROUGH ANY FORM OF REPRODUCTION, THE SALE, THE RENTAL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION TO PORPOSE OF PROFIT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN.
