If i wanted a video editor, i'd download a video editor. I wanted something that could compete w/ GIMPPortable in terms of launch time, size, footprint, and usability. I was using GIMPPortable for over a year because of this. But GIMP is ass backwards, no resource available, and just could not get used to it. Thus Photoshop "Lite" was born. Now i no longer dread launching PhotoshopPortable.. it's quick, fast, lite, responsive, and with just enough features. NOTE: Read Help.txt in Other directory before using and for detailed instructions. I've included a working example in PhotoshopPortable\Data\CameraRaw.
