You need four foot notes labeled # $ K and +.
The # footnote is a unique name that identifies the Windows help page. It is a good idea to embed the page number as part of this name. For example “Contents001”.
The $ footnote is usually the same as the page heading. It is used with the search facility available within Windows help.
The K footnote us used for search key words. Keywords are separated by a semicolon.
The + footnote is used for page numbering. This makes it possible to read the help file page by page like a book.
