of “Globalization”.
5. Other students say that in reality, the rich countries take advantage of poor
countries and that poor countries do not profit as much as the rich countries.
6. Some students are of the opinion that we should identify the advantages and
disadvantages of “Globalization”.
7. In another class we watched an academic lecture about “Propaganda”.
8. I asked students to clarify the difference between the Logical Fallacy “Attack on
the Person” and Propaganda Device “Name Calling”.
9. We learned that many politicians use these two types of propaganda methods
when trying to persuade voters.
10. We agreed that sometimes people become suspicious of others if they feel they
are being manipulated.
11. We have an ambitious goal in another class.
12. We are going compare and contrast two historical events.
13. To the relief of many students, I promised them that there are not too many
scientific words in this lecture.
14. However, I told them that we might have to discuss some geography and
technology.
15. The majority of the students seemed happy with the lecture selection.
